Indeed partnership is very difficult to manage as they have a lot of change in process and data. Quotas are not realistic Not hiring for 2 years, so no room for growth

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you're enjoying the team and finding the work rewarding! Creating a collaborative, positive environment is a key priority for us. I understand the challenges with the Indeed partnership. We’ve come a long way in strengthening this collaboration, but it still requires flexibility and patience when organizational changes impact processes. On growth, while hiring has been limited, I’m encouraged by the individuals who are advancing and growing in their careers within our existing Performance Review cycles. Regarding quotas, our approach typically takes into account recent performance trends and future revenue expectations. Our SOPs team also reviews any outlying situations; if you feel a specific account needs a closer look, please reach out directly. Thanks again for your honesty and dedication. Please keep the feedback coming – it’s invaluable in driving positive change! - Kristin Brandon, Director of Customer Success

Thanks for the feedback! Building something new can feel ambiguous at times, and that's something we're mindful of. While we don’t have all the answers yet, we’re guided by a clear mission: to make worklife better, together, and an ambitious vision to be the most trusted source for real talk about companies as the home for worklife conversations. Appreciate you being part of the journey! - Eric Petitt, Senior Vice President of Marketing
