Pros

Benefits all the way. It is the only reason I am staying at Google at this point.

Cons

Management is allowed to get away with discrimination and retaliation. It's becoming a very widespread problem. HR Cases are going weeks without support. They are allowed to force people out with bullying and passive aggressive behaviors.

- Very interesting work - Offices are incredible - Free things at work (food, snacks, technology, gym, etc) - People are easy to get along with and personable

Cons

- Fired thousands of good people to please shareholders - makes business decisions based on questionable criteria - values identity over performance - leadership is not great, and it's rare to find someone leading a department who is actually qualified to do so
