No strict deadlines Lot of work They don't hire even if we ask for teammates Had to work alone in a team, got assigned to multiple maintenance projects Just bug fixing Nothing challenge and new to learn Overtime work. If you keep on working, managers don't care, they will keep on assigning tasks. Have to work on weekends. When we tell we don't feel that we learn, they will fake compliment and say this is the learning curve etc
