      Good salary to start with Good exposure , opportunity to work with people from different geographies

      1. Hire and fire policy 2. They have the worst kind of micro management . 3. Cannot take leaves on demand, have to take approval from manager which most of the time gets declined. Manager is super arrogant and I mean that most of the manager since I have worked with a few. Most of the managers are sitting here since more than 8 years and all they do is micro manage. Not at all supportive, very dismissive . 4. If by any change you get removed from the project which you were hired for , start searching for another opportunity folks. They will show you multiple opportunities within Harman but none will be aligned to your skillset.

      401k and good insurance Programs where they give you an opportunity to rise inside as a manager (but you need to pay $400 for the course first!) 15 days of PTO

      Cons

      Worst work-life balance I saw so far. You are forced to work 8am-8pm and more. Had colleagues from India sleeping on the meeting with mic on, because it was 4am for them. Unskilled management that is not able to solve even simple requests. You will be asked to work at the weekend and then they will deny it making it look like it was your initiative.
