My advice to my colleague - Harman is a very good workplace -please do not ruin it or misuse the opportunity . If you don't know something just learn it or upskill yourself. Remaining silent or avoiding work will hamper your communication or technical growth. Sometimes I feel team members are sluggish and there is no one to monitor the task. I think this is the way a product based company work ,doing the work in a relaxed manner. There is no one to assign task, instead its your call to take the initiative and take the ownership of the work. It good and bad at the same time.

honest review I have given don't want to give negative feedback about company but this truth will help someone. Harman is good brand but not the policies. No hike maximum 40k No learning HR will b offering hike 100%once you put resignation No work life balance. Hike will not be given 2 year in pandemic. Internal team change is not allowed. Even after 2-3 years your interest won't be recorded or considered for other role they will ask to do same work reptetively .
