Self-centered top management, lack of recognition, very strong political game in order to climb up the hierarchy.

Flexible working hours, work from home, many leaves,

Cons

Sudden firing, very less job security, HSBC can fire u anytime during the year. Very insecure organization. Very less salary hike. Appraisal process not transparent. Internal project switch not possible easily.

Pros

I worked in HSBC Krakow and people are really nice.

Cons

HR department is really bad, not responsive. Team leaders who I worked with, did not know about what I am doing, therefore they were not able to help when I have a problem with the customer.
