2 times appraisals ina year with hike of around 5-20%. Good appraisal and appreciation for hard work specially when new. Free food and snacks. Deloitte's wellbeing benefits of 25k. Team outings budget every quarter.
Cons
Work life balance is not good mostly since all projects are US based, depending on your manager and client you might get either good or bad work life balance. Recreation area is always filled with particular set of people specially freshers. No class of SDET profile since any fresher not having good knowledge of programming is given SDET-I when they cannot give SDE role.
