      Pros

      Quality bar soaps, body washes, and liquid laundry

      Cons

      They keep downsizing, I agree with other reviews that a large amount of talent that made Dial a great company has left. They keep downsizing at the request of Henkel.

      Pros

      Generally does a reasonable job. Pretty fair in how it treats their employees. Provides a good level of feedback, Employee morale is ok, probably could be better. Overall better than it was. Used to be that each person was expected to work much more than 40 hours per week to "get the job done". That has pretty much gone by the wayside. Respect seems to be ok. Generally treated with fairness. Was purchased by Henkel a few years ago, some positives and some negatives with that. Went from being a large company to a very large company, again some good and bad.

      Cons

      Typical large company doesn't always treat employees as they would like to be, some cutbaks.
