This is a good entry level job into the CSR (remote) role. It’s call center environment, fast paced and very repetitive.
Cons
Pay and consistent protocol training from management could be better. Different departments don’t really communicate with one another which in turn makes those beneath them fumble with direction when helping customers.
Great company to work for! I have a career I can learn and grow in! Great benefits and an even greater group of co workers who make work fun and are always super knowledgeable!

I can only say that there have been minor issues with HR, but overall I cannot say anything negative about the company or the people who work here.
