      Pros

      Overall culture is good. People are mostly great. This isn’t easy to find. Company has strong values and leaders. Global brand. We give back to the community.

      Cons

      Silos of politics. Medical marketing is toxic. TOXIC. No other way to put it. It’s a constant battle just to get our job done because of their attitudes. Reorg has not helped this and nobody listens to you if you’re not a VP or above

      Honestly, there weren't many. The bathrooms were clean?

      Without a doubt, one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Management is not equipped to manage their workload and corporate could absolutely care less about their employees, and the compensation and pay are beyond pathetic.

      Set hours, shift patterns. Free tea, coffee and squash. Free parking

      Cons

      Treated like scum, by customers, sales reps and managers. "Fast paced environment" on the job description actually means you don't really have time to do your tasks. Have to do something involving paperwork? You'll be questioned why you weren't logged into the phone system to take calls! I wouldn't work here again if they paid me £100,000 a month.
