      Pros

      Some really smart people work here; esp the older staff. If you are lucky, you may get to meet them before they leave.

      Cons

      Communist style management system, where you have to battle favouritism and politics on a daily basis. Senior management is not fair in recognising hard working staff. Long working hours and little to no work life balance despite what the Company says! HR is more aligned to senior management than towards staff. New management is taking the company back to dark ages, where there are increasing levels of distrust between employees and the senior management .

      Always demanding performance on selling solutions so they can line their pockets with vendor money .The customers dont need our help with these things
