Pros

There are many products and equipment partners available to provide to customers. People at the company sincerely want what is best for the customers but unfortunately are caught in the endlessly disorganized Henry Schein system.

Cons

The company senior management does not like sales people and constantly penalizes sales reps and robs them of their commissions secretly. You have to watch them like a hawk. The middle managers are so busy chasing fires that they cannot help. My advice is to look elsewhere for a position. There are better companies that will provide better benefits, more constructive and supportive work environment.
