It is a terrible work environment--even working from home--the company's motto should be "absolutely ZERO follow through!"
Upper Management is a disorganized mess
there is little to no communication between upper management and everyone else
they like to have large widespread policy changes take effect very quickly (ie they email you about a new attendance policy only 1 day before the new policy goes into effect)
the resource model makes it very difficult to get assistance in a timely fashion
the customers are growing increasingly angry because the training program to prepare you to answer the phone is rushed and incomplete, so techs are answering calls before they are ready, causing customers to get frustrated with the lack of assistance.
they also never discipline techs, so there are plenty of people out there just doing stuff wrong and being rude to coworkers with no consequences.
Also, at least at the TX location, the HR rep is transphobic and there is at least 1 supervisor who has had a few sexual harassments claims reported to HR and nothings been done about that either so. again--0 follow through with anything.
And if you are not working at the home base location in Utah, you are treated like a second class citizen.
Also they refuse to take peoples lives into account. They used the pandemic as an excuse to cut everyone's 1 hour lunch down to 30 minutes and also widely changed everyone's schedules, closers were opening and vice versa, so if you have a specific schedule you need, you better have a really good reason or they wont care. (they might not care anyway)
