The company has a strong management team that keeps us one step ahead of the competition. They are also #1 in their industry for social responsibility; they strongly believe in giving back to the community. They have been steadily expanding in an industry which is not going away which makes for more opportunities and long-term security/stability
Cons
Not much unless you prefer to work at small companies
