Pros

Flexible, lots of training opportunities and good work life balance.

Cons

Change can be slow. The HR processes would give Kafka nightmares.

Pros

- Very inclusive - people at different levels are encouraged to give opinions, at least in the main office - The people are lovely, sometimes quiet but mainly because they are all so busy - Senior leadership team are very approachable- easy to talk the deputy directors and the director without feeling like your opinion isn't worthwhile - Flexible working and working from home is openly offered

Cons

- Given politically unstable environment, priorities are sometimes unclear - Takes a while for management to disseminate important information - Inconsistent allocation of work - some people have way too much on their plate whereas others at the same grade go for 2 your lunches and have several coffee breaks in a day
