Pros

Good pay and flexible working hours.

Cons

Bully & harrasment Disability discrimination Competency based interviews mean you can't progress for doing well in your job if you can't make up a 250 word statement that ticks all the boxes. Poor absence management and high sickness rates. All based on stats - if you don't hit them your on performance management. Office politics Office is like a battery hen farm. Cramped in with as many people as possible. Management have a uncaring attitude. High turn over of staff - mostly moving to department of education. No one communicates Last minute changes and constant restructuring. Mass agency worker recruitment.
