Pros

Pretty Offices, great places to go to for lunch, team members are hard working, collaborative and intelligent.

Cons

Management has no clue what's going on but quick to point blame, praises lazy people who don't do any work, there's criticism towards those who do try to make sense of the confusion and in some cases fire people who work hard because they don't shout loud enough about the work they do. Some managers are unwilling or afraid of change, unwilling to collaborate or engage with their teams and better yet accuse those who do engage of not engaging. No sense of organisation or leadership responsibilities, staff afraid to speak up on wrong doings and some are suffering in silence afraid to lose their jobs.
