Pros

Work from home, that’s really the only thing I liked about the job.

Cons

Poor management. This company seems to be going under, many many layoffs. Clearly are not doing well, seem to have financial struggles due to such big app issues. They get more complaints coming in then can keep up with, seems to be majority what their agents deal with - which shows what a terrible product it is. I’ve worked in travel many years, and have never seen such a poor system for handling customers, and a terrible product they offer. When I worked there always told people do not book with this app, terrible product and very deceiving. I think it’s very shady they tack on hidden “vip fees and tips”, but they say it is a big money maker because most people don’t notice it so they don’t do anything about it. Very shady to me. They also sell product saying has inclusions which it doesn’t (such as luggage or seats), but then when customers try to get covered since was part of the booking, they don’t care. Ripping people off! Also liked to change the targets for bonuses right before the end of a quarter so would make less people qualify - again, very shady. They are trying to make it very hard for employees now it seems, writing up for everything but setting impossible goals. Constant layoffs - they are clearly bleeding money so I hope current is employees are working on a back up plan. Glad I got out when I did! Do not work here, you will have zero job security.
