Lack of transparency. badly hierarchy system; 5. interpersonal relationship seem very important, get your nose brown or be very very careful by the office politics. 6, The Ipswich office did not seems like big company branch. not the size of big company there anyway.

Very bad company culture. Internally people are always looking for who to blame. Non Chinese employees are usually excluded from discussions. This is because of both strong company hierarchy and often very bad level of English on the management side. Very bad work/life balance.
