      Pros

      The job load is quite suitable for the persons who want to understand the company operation flow. And the job can train the staffs to be a versatile talent and competitive.

      Cons

      Working in Huawei means a spate of overtime. Often the staffs would leave office around 8PM every day. The work and life balance is very bad compared to other companies.

      Huawei Technologies is best for a frsher t o join and work but for people with more than 2 yrs of experience its a bad place.

      Cons

      No Work -life balance. Too much of expectance in terms of your time which leaves no space for personal life.
