      Timely salary credited, No other pros

      Cons

      Long working hours No appreciation for the employees No proper guidance Analysts there treat Process Associate as no one Line managers don't care for the employees, overburden them If taken a leave even then you have to respond to them, else a mail will be sent stating no response (keeping the HR in cc) Threaten the employee that your negative feedback will be given to your next employer
