- Excellent people - Flexible work hours - Worldwide brand recognition ING IM has excellent global branding and in general is an excellent place tow rok

Cons

- Managements' communication abilities leave something to be desired. The culture is a little laid back by US standards and the company doesn't necessarily compete with the top tier US banks

Pros

Health benefits were not bad. 401k was good. Other coworkers were nice to work with and were team friendly which made the atmosphere better to work in.

Cons

Opportunities for growth were non-exsistent. Favorites were hand picked for promotions. If you hang out with mgmt on the weekends, you could be promoted. If you didnt', you wouldnt get noticed, even if you did great work.
