Pros

There are great people there who work very hard to offer good service to clients. Mgmt is adding work at home options to allow more flexibility.

Cons

Management does not want to know what is really going on just want to keep having meetings to tell employees everything is great. In reality that is not the truth. Force products down clients throats with no ability to customize any products or services. Because of all the changes going on, ING is not winnig any new business so it is not a fun place to be. Everyone spends all day worrying about if their job will be the next to go.

Pros

Compensation Coworkers Ability to make your own mark

Cons

Benefits are expensive Promotions are not always equitable Leaders hide when there are negative messages to communicate Not enough support for development Managers are not prepared or armed with any organizational rules or policies, everything is maleable according to what each leader wants and that causes conflict and inequity in the employee experience
