Pros

Above par training programs, good colleagues, good secondary benefits regarding pensions schemes, education budget, free public transport (in Netherlands). Management has improved communication with lower company layers.

Cons

Company has lost momentum due to European Union interference regarding repayment of state aid. This is holding back development and investment into strategic aspects such as expansion into new markets, acquisition activity and IT investment. It feels like we are having "fire" sale on businesses that should do much better when markets recover. Feels like leadership is only driven by short term pressure to provide good results and are more than willing to sell good assets for short time gains. HR is incompetent and apathic. Uncertainty on global ambition.
