Good culture, terrible salaries

Pros

People are friendly, the environment is nice.

Cons

Employees are severely underpaid compared to the market. There isn't a lot of incentive for young people to stay. No formal training for analysts.

Pros

Salary level is good, but nothing else.

Cons

The environment is toxic, lazy employees, the performance, diversity and initiatives are not welcomed. It all depends who do you know in the organization. Employee staying for way too long in the same roles and positions, refusing to learn anything new, washed braines. The culture of this bank is one of the worst that exist.

Pros

Nothing to say more, just banking

Cons

Poor management with outdated technology stacks. You can not improve something due to a lot of technical limitations.
