Bad management who are internally trained not to communicate to lower levels. Meaning everyone lives in constant uncertainty. Managers act as if it's the 80's. Comment if you go to lunch or to the toilet. Complain if you ask for holiday (or refuse holiday requests with no reason) Managers shout, be little and degrade employees. Common question "where did you go to school? Did they not teach you ... ... ? That is bad they didn't even teach you this thing"
HR works for the company and act as if you disturb them if you ask something... And their answers are very biased against the enployee siding with the company from the start.
IT rarely works as no one takes responsibility. It is common to have the IT helpdesk for 2 hours ... Every week! Complete waste of time
