      Pros

      I really like independence and they allowing you to do your job. Remote work is also the greatest benefit ever. I feel the workload varies sometimes you're saturated and other times is much more calm. I'm happy with the salary, but if course wished that bonuses or yearly increase was higher, specially those years with high load/stress

      Cons

      Low bonuses / increases. Not much recognition. You could have done 3 DBL/study closeouts at the same time and they wouldn't care less.

      No professional lead who take responsibility of company reputation

      Pros

      Flexibility and only flexibility (no other advantages).

      Cons

      Bad management (not all for sure, but at least there is an issue with the management selection process). No respect for employee rights (they fired me without valid reason and even more rejected giving me my financial rights).

      Excellent work environment, great life work balance. Adequate support and training during onboarding. Amazing projects, lots of learning opportunities.
