      Pros

      Have been working with IQVIA for 1 year and a half as a CRA and I am very happy. Loads of opportunities to keep progressing and gaining experience in different fields. Managers are quite supportive.

      - Nepotism is the culture at IQVIA London. Promotion is not based on merit but on who you are close with. - Incompetence is the norm. When you actually want to contribute and do some work, you have to carry the weight of 10 others who are coasting or clueless, while they are back-stabbing you at the same time. - Product owners are the most useless bunch — they don't care about scientific rigor or quality of work. The only thing they care about is slapping their names onto work that stands out, while contributing absolutely nothing to the project. - People in leadership positions are the least organised people I have ever come across. Ad hoc requests are made on a daily basis and also forgotten on a daily basis.
