Pros

Some extremely intelligent people work here . Nearly impossible for some people to get fired.

Cons

1) Pay is horrible. People are constantly leaving to go to other companies that will actually pay them well and give them the appropriate job title 2) Upper management doesn't seem to care or do much 3) Company discourages double promotions or even promotions through group transfer so good luck ever getting anything 4) You always do work that is a level or two above your title yet don't get compensated for it - this is an overarching theme throughout Quintiles 5) Nearly impossible for some people to get fired

I think Quintiles is a wonder place to work.

Pros

Quintiles has some of the best training for their employees. At quintiles the company really make sure that you are competent of your job duties.

Cons

The downside to Quintiles is that at times you can be given an enormous amount of work including five to seven protocols and one time.

Promotion is not fair. A lot workloads on few hard-working people.
