Business Outlook
Pros
Very accomodating to personal work schedules, depending on your supervisor. Mostly pleasant co-workers with friendly environment. Frequent celebrations and parties (bread and circuses anyone?)
Cons
Severe brain drain over the past few years with knowledgeable and experienced employees replaced through attrition and favoritism by less qualified individuals, both on-shore and off-shore. Data created is consistent, but not accurate--this is the driving force behind management. Management by bullying is the norm at high levels.
