Not as Great as before

Pros

Medical and dental insurance Breakfast everyday Lunch on Wednesday Happy Hours on Fridays

Cons

They are changing the structure of the company and basically eliminating what was attractive about Indeed. - Now you need to work 3 more times to earn the same money - They have cut the bonus - With targets that are not done according the market (3 to 4 times more) you are not able to make quota and reach Senior level career progression - Conditions are not the same for new people so people who was here between 2 years to 9 months were able to do quotas very easily and with the changes the new people can´t do it... at least not as fast as before - Have bumped with people doing xenophobic comments and also racist ones

Pros

Stocked kitchen Decent training Nice company office Happy hours Decent gym in the office Good benefits It's really what you make it, they won't hesitate to hold your commission from you BEWARE

Cons

Changed the comp structure so you will make less money Very liberal company and they will push their liberal agenda upon you Micro managers There really is no solution other then getting people to advertise Companies can get the same results without paying - beware employers ! You can use indeed for free and get just as good results You do not get paid overtime even Don't expect to be 1 minute late they will write you up

Recruiter

Pros

Job was close to home and no weekends.

Cons

This is a mismanaged mess from corporate on down to the onsite management team. The only people that really worked were the recruiters. The director and onsite management teams would constantly pour the work load onto the recruiting team. A lot of ghost employment occurred because there was no accountability since the director was good friends with the onsite team and office manager. No raises and it was a dead end job. Complaints directly to the CEO were to no avail.
