Thanks for sharing your perspective. It sounds like overall your experience has been a positive one, with your direct management, our benefits and our mission. As you know, we’re growing exponentially on the Client Success team and with growth, there will always be some adjustment between the seasoned employees and the structural changes needed to position us effectively. My desire is that this transition is productive and as smooth as possible for everyone, and I commit to communicating those changes timely. Communication is received differently by different people, so I will continue to use a variety of methods to deliver our messages (all-hands meetings, written communication, and video communication).
