No Work Life Balance, Bad Project Estimates, Expectation are nevere ending, Managers of any techology are put to head a project of different technology, ppl maaping is bad, VEry low Salary, no perks , no Bonus.. Only motivation is Onsite... If you join this company as a fresher.. over the years your salary would be low and persons with MBA with C class Institutes get more salary.
