Pros

I thought the salary was good for my experience of 1 year in business systems consulting. New Innovation Hub would've been nice to work more from, but I was constantly traveling away from the town I lived in for a project.

Cons

Upon being hired, I was told I would be working locally on a project and that many opportunities would exist for projects in the area. For the 1st month of employment I received almost no info from management about what I was supposed to be doing, the position was remote but I was on payroll. Once the project started I ended up having to fly to a distant city every other week to meet with the client. The project fell behind and I was extremely stressed and overworked. I also had to take over an entire module of the system when my SME left for another module, even though I did not have the experience to be a Lead BA. When the project ended I was on the bench for 5 months because all of the projects required relocation, which I told the manager upon being hired that I would not be willing to relocate. Even though I scored very high in my annual review, eventually I was released since I was not willing to relocate.

Pros

High Salaries but no support for you to engage or perform your responsabilities

Cons

No US resources to speak of. No pre-sales to help you close sales. They promised "Localization" but it is a buzz word to them.

Pros

The pay is nice at the entry level Commendable benefits You'll get to travel (because you'll have to) Faux startup-like open office. It doesn't really make sense in the context of the work being done here, but it's marginally better than cubicles Office culture is light, fun, and mostly inoppresive at first They onboard with 2 months of training, which is really good

Cons

The company is, for lack of a better term, shady. They won't be transparent with you, and will often respond patronizingly to your concerns / questions You're expected to relocate for each project (which lasts 2 - 6 months on average), despite HR telling new recruits otherwise during training Little to no control over your career trajectory. Talent will tell you otherwise, but will push you into irrelevant roles, squandering any skillset or talent you may feel/communicate/prove that you have, and you have to work these or you'll be fired You have to make an effort to keep up with your primary skills which aren't guaranteed to be utilized You have a very limited voice, HR flat out lies about taking your concerns into account Despite anything you've been promised, in Indianapolis, you'll only have access to support roles. Waiting for more diverse opportunities ultimately amounts to a waste of time. With no opportunities to recieve relevant experience, one could easily find themselves stuck here if they're not careful If you're fresh out of college & have a desire to meaningfully advance your career, do not work here. Most of the engineers I came in with quit within months of being onboarded, stating that their talent was wasted here If your manager quits, they aren't actually replaced. You're your own boss now!
