1 - Peers are helpful 2 - Good learning opportunity for Automation folks, since an excellent the framework has been set up for UI & API Automation.
Cons
1 - They are unable to retain even their talented Employees due to budget crunch. 2 - Pay is less as compared to other Product based companies. 3 - Leadership views are not clear to lower groups. 4 - Getting Promotions can be challenging. 5 - Make sure you take some Automation tasks on your own, otherwise you will end up doing Manual tasks throughout.
