Pros

On Q2- 2015 financial results call the company reported $300 million in "free cash flow" that they would use to "buy-back" stock to increase the per share price. It worked.

Cons

BUT only Mgt has stock options so they get rich and workers are still paid well below the avg salary in OC. It would have been nice if Sr Mgt spent that "free cash flow" on their workers salaries first.

Pros

Some very good people trying to do the right thing. Fair compensation. Can be a fun place to work.

Cons

Rather than addressing lack of strategy or communicating a vision of where we want to go, executive management just lays off more people to meet a cost-savings target given to the investment community.

Pros

Teams are tight people are close. Most managers are good to work with and provide good leadership and coaching. Benefits package is pretty decent.

Cons

Systems and tools are horrid. Using an AS400 based program gives a painful user experience, Long ramp up times and many inefficiencies. Endpoints are around 8-9 years old. For a tech company they don't like to spend money on the employee technology.
