Good benefits, decent pay, good environment.

Cons

You do not decide your own career path. If someone decides that you are only an individual contributor, That’s it. You will never advance in your career, no matter how good you are, how hard you try, how much training, and experience. No room to grow whatsoever. If you are good with remaining in the same position until you retire, then this company is a good fit. If you want to grow your career and advance, then you should avoid this company at all cost.

However, it looks like we can do a lot more regarding career mobility. We are running initiatives on the Intranet such as the "Grow With Us" campaign to educate employees on what steps they can take in their careers to move to a certain role within the company. To make your voice louder, we suggest speaking to your manager and / or HR Consultant, with your feedback, we can help improve.
