      Last 3 years I did felt as working for a Canadian company.It felt more like working for an Indian company managed by Indian managers and mostly Indian co-workers.There was lots of favouritism with a toxic environment and incompetent managers.

      Intense workload and terrible environment

      Pros

      Comprehensive benefits package that supports employee well-being. Flexible hybrid work model promoting work-life balance. Regular team social events that encourage camaraderie and connection. Multiple office locations available, offering flexibility and convenience. Rapidly growing company with opportunities for advancement and innovation.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks product expertise, sets unrealistic timelines, and fosters a culture where office politics are rewarded over merit. Job responsibilities feel split between managing internal politics and delivering actual work, making productivity and focus difficult. The environment is overly competitive, prioritizing individual visibility over team collaboration and shared success. Bullying behavior is not only tolerated but sometimes encouraged by leadership, with instances of passive observation or even active participation.

      Lack of support and leadership overshadowed positive contributions

      Pros

      Hybrid with only two days a week at the office. Access to mental health resources was provided. Clear performance metrics and tracking through Power BI enabled transparency in workload and accomplishments.

      Cons

      High turnover among younger employees due to limited growth opportunities and salaries not aligned with Toronto's cost of living. Incomplete initial training created challenges in role execution. Workload concerns were dismissed, with expectations exceeding manageable levels for junior employees compared to senior colleagues. Mental health struggles were downplayed, and performance reviews lacked recognition of accomplishments, even when targets were met. Leadership and support were inadequate in addressing performance and well-being concerns.
