Management will do what they can to assist staff in any way possible. Lots of focus on engagement, and positive environment. Work life balance in effect and easy to get approval for. Fantastic Benefits, and average salary ranges.

Cons

Employees hyper focused on occasion on negatives, not understanding these trials and tribulations are inherent with the positions they are in, prefer to bring problems to light, rather than solutions.
