Pros

Working at Intuit is a great experience for anyone looking to gain tax experience. The managers and leads are always there to help you grow into an awesome tax expert. Intuit is also a great company to work for if your looking to advance in a hire position, especially around the tax season.

Cons

Once you become used to the system and their work ethic, they will lay you off after tax season. The company will bring you back to work the upcoming tax season, around December. Being laid off for such a long period of time makes it hard to remember the system when tax season comes around.
