Pros

good pay lot of pampering and freebies good office and free lunch

Cons

Entire organization is based on favoritism and feedback game. They call this people company. It took me a while to understand. This means you have to be friends with everyone and pat eachother's back. There is no value for talent or bold decisions.

Pros

Reasonable work life balance, market standard compensation (please check other parameters and hidden problems while deciding to join)

Cons

Worst management (India) consisting irresponsible and incompetent individuals. Hiring engineers and managers without proper road-map and plan. There is an internal struggle for identity. Incompetent managers and director in at least one group. Vendor is getting engaged for work (powerful beneficiaries and back channel interests with management) while in-house engineers don't have enough work. Laying off engineers intermittently without rationale. I am also part of management but could not stop or correct all of these. I am paying price for my attempt to bring changes. There is a regional bias in the company ~ VP, director, powerful managers in a group are all from a specific Indian state ~ and they appreciate and take care of engineers from that state alone! Worst atmosphere I have seen ever in my 20+ years of career.

Pros

Good facility, Free food, free transportation, freebies i.e. T-shirts etc

Cons

Simply lost its technology/product path. Too much focussed on ranking, rating, employee survey(to show off),photography upload and all nonsense thing. It is full of long timer who has lost their technical strength long back(although arguable if they had it even anytime). So full of politics and drama. If you are that kind of techie who doesn't like to do technical work and just believe in show-off with good hands on politics-you will enjoy here.
