Employee benefits are really great even on the seasonal level. Opportunities for advancement is available during the season.

It's hard to get select time (year round positions).

Pros

Flexible scheduling, great pay, awesome co-workers, speedy assistance with problem and questions.

Cons

The metrics system needs to be revamped. I think it is unfair to have excellent surveys and then have one disgruntled customer that gives a bad rating and my score goes way down and causes my bonus to be affected. This is the part that is really discouraging.
