Pros
Good work life balance, the people are great to work with and easy to get along with. Good culture for those farther in their career and have a home and/or family. Takes care of their people.
Cons
Seems hard to get promoted to the next level if your not mid level management and above. For those beginning in their careers unless you start in their rotational programs it doesn't seem like you are challenged enough and get enough exposure to leadership. Opportunities for technical training and advancement have been few.
