      Well run businesses, each being a leader in their field. This gives you a perfect opportunity to learn from the best business leaders in the business. A place to see best practices in action and add tools to your own tool box.

      Cons

      A somewhat impersonal environment. Reorganizations occur at a mind boggling rate, which results in a lot of momemtum being lost as well as discarded "lessons learned."
