      It is a great slow paced enviroment

      Pros

      Great for beginners, as the enterprise moves slow, and there is a lot of area and time to grow.

      Cons

      You feel like you are stagnating. Projects got removed, you are being shuffled from one area to other.

      Pros

      The working conditions are excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and professional. People are always willing to help, share knowledge, and provide support when needed. I especially appreciate the team spirit and open communication among colleagues. There is plenty of room for learning, growth, and professional development. I value the organization, stability of the company, and the positive attitude toward employees.
