Pros

The work can be interesting if you work in transportation and no tolling and other areas. Some good people there to work with. Pay is in line with other competitors and that space They are very broad and the transportation space so you can learn different areas but there will be no training

Cons

Pretty scatterbrained upper management It's a conglomeration of buyouts of other companies that aren't connected to each other and are often doing redundant work. Lots of fire snapping in last minute work Not much work, life balance and lots of emergency meetings Don't see many people get promoted. Most people just leave or they have layoffs because they don't know how to make a profit at the company to begin with. Employee turnover is pretty high. Most stick around a few years and that's it. That includes upper and lower management and it's really bad with project team and workers

Pros

Easy to Live, Good salary if you were from former Nortel networks employees. Tranquility by doing your work without taking care of others.

Cons

No evolution, Old management mindset, micro management, HR without any experience of management. average age at 45 years old (without any involvment or future vision). Costs cut oriented management in R&D, management of fear. unability to hire technical experienced staff. no emotional intelligence. old fashion way of thinking.
