      Friendly, open environment in which you can ask anyone questions Small company but potential for moving up quickly Management is trusting of distributing responsibilities relative to your skill level I got to work daily with greatly talented individuals

      Majority of the time was very busy and be prepared to get pulled in different directions by multiple tasks Pay is on the lower end of the scale Very traditional company, there isn't really a sense of work culture Technologies tend to run on the outdated side, don't expect anything to be cutting-edge Benefits are subpar compared to packages offered by other companies

      Pros

      Good site to learn, growth and of course to work. The innovation area of traffic and transit department is a good site to apply the last software technologies which create a great software portfolio to solve the current smart cities problems. Likewise the tolling and ticketing solutions are leaders around the world.

      Cons

      The innovation budget should be bigger because of, although the research is expensive, the benefits are huge. By another hand, sometimes, the final user opinion is not taking into account in the new developments so we have to improve our contact with our clients..
