Pros

It is great company to start your political career You can beat some great politician of world in politics Great work place to get a migraine and mental illness Micro management Politics HR don't give out your FNF money Managers and director are satin

Cons

Kearney is one of worst company to work You can definitely get a stress and other life style disease working here. Kearney is not a management consulting firm but a MICRO management consulting firm Worst colleagues ever met in my entire life . I don't know if I call them even humans Low salary Appraisal and promotion are on basis of boot licking skills. Not safe place women, friendly and kind-hearted Company have zero ethics and values Managers abuse you on call and in there cabin.

Pros

- Very competent and hard working employees. - International exposure where requested. - Social community amongst junior staff.

Cons

- Projects within the UK are longer and operations focussed. - Expectation to support multiple bids and projects at the same time from partners. Sales are the main KPI for partner renumeration, which results in overpromising to clients and significantly understaffing projects. - Bullying behaviour from some partners on junior staff. - Burnout is prevalent and excepted in the culture. A lot of people are unhappy and there's a high turnover.

Pros

* Impact Projects- focus on implementation * Steep Learning Curve * Great Set of People

Cons

* Long working Hours * HR sucks!- Have been really pissed off as they take a long time to respond or they never respond to your queries and the trend has been going on since the time I was supposed to join the firm. They don't pick up calls or respond to your emails. I had to literally engage the senior management to get my joining details as HR was not responding at all to my emails or they were not even picking up calls.
