Very steep learning curve as you fit five years worth of experience into one...

Cons

Very long hours and no work-life balance Rework is the order day as decisions can be changed even at the 11th hour... the consultant will just have to work longer hours to ensure that the deadline is met...

Great people, most leaders have good intentions.

Cons

If you are not a consultant (ie, finance, mktg, hr, tech) you will have no career path or development opportunities. Turnover is high. The culture is flawed and no one feels appreciated.

Strong commitment to clients - collaboration and pragmatism are taken seriously. Friendly supportive culture in London, with lots of international teaming. Entrepreneurial, minimal procedural overhead/rules. Active strategic agenda on innovation, growth.

Cons

Alumni programme not strong enough. Up or out is less clear, improving in London and some other locations.
