      Pros

      Lam Research in Villach is great employer. I am very happy to be part of the team. Everything from business perspective is in its place and I can focus on my job to be the best at it. Compensation is in above average area for me. Manager is great, giving me open hands, without the slightest hint of micromanagement. Colleagues are kind and good influence for me.

      Canteen is not very good.

      If you are motivated to learn new things there are lots of opportunities to work in different jobs as support or even as fulltime job (promotion)

      You need to strike out with your knowledge or skills otherwise you are just a normal worker as everybody else with lower education
